Subscription

From Your Account (in the top bar) you can check (and change) all the information on your Zakeke account, including subscribed plan, billing information, and payment method.

From this section, you can also:

  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan.

  • See all the Addons activated
  • See the Usage report for your subscribed features based on usage
  • Cancel your subscription.

    Please note: if you use Shopify you need to delete Zakeke from your apps in your Shopify admin panel in order to cancel your subscription.
  • Change the billing information.

    Please note: if you use Shopify this button is not visible because you're billed directly by Shopify for your Zakeke account. Please refer to Shopify support for any issue or information related to the billing.
  • Change the payment method. Please read here to know the accepted payment methods.

  • Change API Keys and generate new ones
