The print-ready files that Zakeke generates include all the design elements that are added on the print area of the product. The print file never includes the base product image .

In some cases, you may need to get the product image in the print-ready file because you'll need to print it along with the custom design. It's a common need for those who sell products such as invitations, business cards, greeting cards, ...

The solution is to create:

• a blank product that you'll use only to define the print area
• a pre-designed template on the product including both the fixed design part and the editable elements.
