This is a special feature for Etsy merchants only.

You can make it that when a customer buys more than one piece of the same item in a single purchase, he/she has the option of placing a different design on each individual piece .

How it works

You have to activate this function from your Zakeke's back-office > Settings > Marketplace Settings > Multiple quantities handling

If the function is active, when your customers complete the design on the product and the order includes more than one piece , they'll be asked if the design applies to all products or only on one piece or a part of the order and they'll be able to design more if not.

The order status in your Zakeke back-office will stay on NEW until all the pieces in the order are customized. Learn more about order statuses here .
