Getting print-ready files directly in the Shopify admin
You can activate various options to get direct access to the print-ready files in your Shopify Admin.
Go to your
Zakeke back-office > Settings > Shopify Settings
and check them all.
These options are:
- download the print-ready files from the order in Shopify. See below:
- get the order summary" download from your Shopify Admin
- view the print-ready file name directly in your Shopify admin order details page

show which printing method is being used to design a product with one or multiple sides in your Shopify admin.
Remember: this option is not available together with Bulk Variation Forms and Names and Numbers.
Important
The zip link with all print files will be available for 90 days. However, you can always get your output files (including the zip) by accessing Zakeke's dashboard.
